3. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, CONTRACT PROCESSING OR CONTACTING US

4. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHIPMENT PROCESSING
For contract fulfillment pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, if this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. The same applies to the transfer of data to possible logistics partners / shipping service providers if they carry out the logistics and shipping process for us.
These are considered shipping service providers for the purposes of this privacy policy.

5. DATA PROCESSING FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING
To fulfill the contract according to Art. 6 Abs 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we process your data for the purpose of payment processing.
Data processing for the purpose of fraud prevention and optimization of our payment processes.
Under certain circumstances, we provide our service providers with additional data, which they use together with the data necessary for the processing of the payment as our order processors for the optimization of our payment processes (e.g. invoicing, processing of contested payments) as well as for fraud prevention.
Pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in efficient payment management and our protection against fraud, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests.
