Can I exchange or return items?
You can exchange or return purchased items within 30 days. This is provided that the item is unworn and undamaged
Please ensure that the item is repackaged securely just as you received it and that everything that was included in the delivery is sent back to us.
Please understand that we can only issue any credit once the item has been inspected.
In principle, the item may only be used to the extent that would have been normal at the local store.
If the item is used beyond this, we reserve the right to charge a fee for a touch-up of the item.
Our dispatch experts will evaluate the condition of the returned items based on the same criteria as outgoing items.
